Homeowners have a variety of reasons to sell their home at any given time and this is why we offer MLS Listing and Broker services at a discounted rate for our previous customers.  

We offer 3.5% Broker fee where 2.5% goes to the buyers agent.  With the 1% our brokerage firm receives, we cover insurance, open houses, marketing, and various other expenses.  If the home sells without a buyer’s agent, the fee is only 1%.
